Cancellation Policy

Women’s Month Portrait Event – March 29, 2026 Reservation & Donation Portrait sessions are reserved with a minimum donation of $35 at the time of booking. All portrait donations will go directly to Shelter for Help in Emergency (SHE), a local organization supporting women in need. Because this is a charitable event, donations are non-refundable. ⸻ Session Length Each portrait session is 5 minutes and includes: • 5 professionally edited digital images • Floral styling setup / flower crown available • Option to participate solo or with loved ones (daughter, mom, friends) Sessions are short to allow as many women as possible to participate. ⸻ Arrival Time Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to the limited schedule and number of participants, late arrivals may forfeit their session time. ⸻ Image Delivery Your edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within approximately 2 weeks after the event. ⸻ Weather Policy This event will take place rain or shine at Eastwood Farm and Winery. ⸻ Image Use By participating, you agree that images from the event may be used for promotion, social media, and future event marketing. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please let us know. ⸻ Additional Donations If you would like to contribute beyond your booking donation, additional donations to Shelter for Help in Emergency (SHE) will also be accepted during the event. ⸻ 100% of portrait donations from this event support Shelter for Help in Emergency, helping provide safety, resources, and support for women in our community.
